All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus any bank charges.
Cancellations between 30-45 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
All travelers must possess valid travel documents including passport, visa (if required), and any health certificates as mandated by the Indian government and Andaman & Nicobar administration.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.

We reserve the right to refuse participation in any activity if we believe it may endanger the health or safety of our guests.
Offbeat Andaman acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers and is not liable for their acts or omissions.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation delays.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational requirements.
Alternative arrangements will be made where possible, but no refunds will be given for changes beyond our control.
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of arranging your tour and will not be shared with third parties except as required for travel arrangements.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
