Long Island - Hidden Gem of Andaman

Long Island Overview

Long Island Overview

Long Island in Andaman is one of the most offbeat locations in the archipelago. This remote destination remains largely undiscovered due to its secluded location and limited connectivity. The island offers pristine beaches, lush tropical forests, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for those seeking tranquility away from crowded tourist spots.

With no roads or vehicles, Long Island is a true eco-tourism destination where all movements are on foot. The concrete footpaths lined with Casuarina trees (popularly known as Jhau trees) create beautiful natural walkways that also act as windbreaks for the island.
