Rangat Island is located in the Middle and South Andaman Islands, approximately 180 km by road from Port Blair and about 50 nautical miles (90 km) by sea. The population primarily consists of Bengali and Tamil speaking communities engaged in fishing and cultivation. How To Reach Rangat

By Road

The most common way to reach Rangat is by road from Port Blair via the Andaman Trunk Road (ATR). The journey takes about 8 hours passing through beautiful landscapes and crossing the Middle Strait.
